Eurocircle Deutschland e.V. (ecd) develops and supports European networks with the various projects funded by European programmes.

ecd objectives and infrastructure are based on providing detailed, current and specific information related to European project funding possibilities for European community initiatives and Action Programmes. A further focus point is the acquisition of partners from all of the European countries with the aim of running trans-national cooperation projects and offering support in areas such as communication and coordination.

Since 1996 Eurocircle in Marseille has released issues of EC-News, a monthly journal, providing information on the most important announcements affecting our partners. A supplementary editorial feature written by Ralf Makrutzki can be found next to the schedule rubric with comments on current European events.

EC-News is released in a printed version, with copies reaching three figures in German and French and has also been available online since 1999.
